taken during a walk along the beach yesterday morning. In all the years we've been coming to Madeira Beach, I don't remember seeing so many dolphins, and many of them so close to the shore. The whole walk down to John's Pass, they were popping in and out of the water. It was really cool. Hard to capture in pictures unfortunately, though.

the sun went behind a cloud for awhile then popped out from underneath it, so we didn't have to miss the pretty-ness :)
this is from Sunday. the Naval Academy Gospel Choir (
http://www.usna.edu/GospelChoir/ )from Annapolis sang several songs during the service at my great-aunt and uncle's church in St.Pete. That was really neat to see and I'm glad we were there to see it.
