A longer post will follow one of these days, but I have some really good news to share :)
We got confirmation from Beijing today, via snail mail, that our visa app was processed through Beijing with no problem, and it's been forwarded to Guangzhou :) So this may seem like a small step, but when you've been waiting and pryin' for over 3 months with no word whatsoever (positive or negative), this is a huge answer to pr. I was starting to get scared that something went wrong and it never actually made it to Beijing. Whew! So now we just wait for the visa interview info and all that includes. Thank you for pryin' for us up to this point, and please continue as we wait for more information.

Oh, and we finally finished the semester today. :) We're officially on vacation! Hallelujah!
