To quote a child star from the 80's and 90's... "puh-lease!"
People, seriously.
Please get over all this stuff and just move on. Not only are some people griping about the outcome of the election(it was done fair and square...if McCain can concede so graciously and timely, you need to, too), but some are griping about state laws that were passed...in a democratic manner, no less. If it was just the court deciding, that would be one thing. But the people in these states voted. Catch what I said? They voted, not you (if you don't live in these particular states, that is). And, they voted for it to pass. So please...just move on. Be thankful that we even have a democratic process that allows us to vote on these kinds of issues. It's a blessing to be able to do that. So allow people to do what they've been given the right to do, accept the decision, and move on.
