weekend in Brown County

Christmas weekend, Raul and I went with my parents to Brown County for the weekend. Well, first we stayed in Greenwood Saturday night, so we could spend time with Brandon and Amber before her parents went back to Arkansas. Then Sunday afternoon, we headed to Brown County...nothing says Happy 32nd Anniversary (belated) like spending the weekend with your daughter and son-in-law, but it was really nice of my parents to let us tag along. :) We stayed at the Abe Martin Lodge in the state park and enjoyed the huge snowfall on Sunday and Monday. It was a really beautiful couple of days, maybe even prettier than when we were there in the fall.

pretty deer in the snow :) this was the second deer sighting for the weekend, but the only time we were able to get photos
