current reading

So I borrowed this book from our school's library. I can't see any of our students trying to take this book on, so I'm assuming it was purchased for the teachers :) It's a difficult read, but I really want to finish it and learn a lot. Being surrounded by people that I love who call this continent home, I want to learn so much about it, its history, and where its headed. I'm tired of being an ignorant American. :p
